The manufacturer has advised us of a potential safety problem with the play centres listed below. As a responsible UK manufacturer and distributor, we take the safety and quality of the products which we sell, or have sold in the past, very seriously.

It is possible that the Monkey Bar Beams and Ladders which are coated in red or green plastic may weaken over time due to rotting of the internal wood. There is also a possibility that these plastic coated items may bend or snap during use which could cause injuries such as falls.
Whilst the risk of failure is very small, the play centre SHOULD NOT BE USED until the replacement parts have been fitted.
If you purchased one of the below play centres manufactured between 2004 and 2008 please ensure you STOP your children using the play centre IMMEDIATELY until advised otherwise.
This program is ONLY for replacement of monkey bars with wood components that are coated in green or red plastic (See image below). Any other replacements may be addressed under the warranty that came with your play set. Please refer to the warranty information at the back of your assembly manual for more information.
